In light of concerns about the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), we want to assure you that the FWQA Convention & Exposition remains on schedule for June 3-5, 2020, in Orlando, FL at the Caribe Royale Resort. The FWQA Convention is a vitally important event for the water treatment industry in Florida, and we are committed to holding the safest and most successful convention possible.

FWQA is monitoring the best guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Florida Department of Health, and the WHO. After careful consideration of all the available information, we believe moving ahead with the Convention is in the best interest of our exhibitors, members and the industry.

We are closely monitoring the recommendations of the CDC and will comply with all guidelines in order to offer the safest possible environment for our attendees and exhibitors to convene. Travel restrictions already in place are preventing companies from China and other countries affected by COVID-19 from exhibiting at the show.

These are uncharted waters for us, and like you, we are doing our best to act in the best interests of all concerned. We know that many of you rely on our FWQA Convention & Trade Show as a very important event for our industry. We are committed to offering the best quality education, the best trade show and the best overall experience that we can, despite these unfortunate circumstances.

If you have any questions please contact Suzanne Trueblood, Executive Secretary  suzanne@fwqa.com  or mobile phone 863-698-0611.

FWQA will continue to update here and send out additional email updates as we know more.

Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you in Orlando in June!
