About the Award: Presented to individuals who, over a long period of time, have contributed their time and resources to the betterment of the Water Treatment Industry.

Ray Gregory | Affordable Water Conditioners

• Legacy of Leadership: A dedicated member of FWQA for over 20 years and an active Board member representing our association at numerous events through the years.
• Industry Impact: Instrumental in encouraging new dealers to join the field and passionately promoting education across our industry.

Distinguished Service Award

About the Award: Presented to a person or organization who goes above and beyond the call of duty during the past year.

John Ladue | Complete Water Systems

• Above & Beyond: Always jumping in whenever and wherever the association needs help.
• Key Contributions: From instructing classes and manning golf tournament events to advocating on legislative visits, John is constantly serving FWQA with enthusiasm.

Outstanding Service Award

About the Award: Typically presented to a person who has raised a significant amount of money for the association over the past year.

Todd Mosteller | Charger Water Treatment Products

• Financial Champion: Todd has chaired the annual FWQA Golf Tournament for many years.
• Key Contributions: Under his leadership, the golf tournament has consistently served as a vital pillar of FWQA’s financial operating income.

About the Award: Awarded directly by the FWQA President to recognize someone who has quietly supported the association to help make FWQA outstanding.
