This year we have two tracks for you and your team:
Business Operations Bootcamp & Technician Training: Fall Tune-Up

Business Operations Bootcamp: Hear from Candice Wentling, MWS from Certified Action.  Candice brings more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience, including 16 years within the water treatment and home-services industries. That background gives her a broad business lens and deep operational insight into how service-based companies actually grow.

People, Profit & Planning: Build a stronger business for 2027.

Running a successful water treatment business takes more than technical expertise. It requires the right people, profitable decisions, and a plan for where the business is going next.

Join us for a practical, interactive Business Operations Bootcamp designed specifically for water treatment owners, managers and emerging leaders. We’ll look beyond day-to-day operations and dig into three areas that directly influence the health and growth of the business:

  • PEOPLE — Hire, Onboard & Retain the Right Team
Finding people is only the beginning. Learn how to improve hiring decisions, set expectations early, build a stronger onboarding process, and create an environment where good employees can actually succeed.
  • PROFIT — Know What the Job Really Costs
Revenue does not automatically equal profit. We’ll break down the costs that often get overlooked in equipment, installation and service work and explore how to price based on the realities of your business — not simply what the competition charges.
  • PLANNING — Build 2027 on Purpose
Growth requires more than a revenue goal. We’ll connect your goals to the people, spending, pricing, capacity and operational decisions required to actually achieve them — so 2027 happens by design rather than by accident.

Lunch Break with vendor spotlight- learn about new industry products and services.

The Complete Service Call: Spot More. Solve More. Serve Better.

Great service is more than completing the repair you were called to make. Technicians are often in the best position to recognize additional customer needs — but that doesn’t mean they need to become pushy salespeople. In this interactive session, we’ll explore how technicians and team members can ask better questions, identify opportunities, make appropriate recommendations, and create more value for the customer and the business. The goal isn’t simply to “increase the ticket.” It’s to help the team recognize the difference between completing a repair and taking complete care of the customer.

We have a limited number of seats for the bootcamp, register now.

$150 FWQA member, $250 future member (we have space for a maximum of 2 per business)
